Seeking - Human Resources Manager
(Part Time/Remote/2 days week)Job Summary
$45/$50 hour
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of policies and programs for organizational development, staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leadership coaching and training, talent development and performance management, payroll, and HR regulatory compliance for the business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supports traditional HR areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, compensation/merit administration, HR compliance, and employee activities among others.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
- Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization.
- Manages orientation and onboarding programs; creates and delivers training and other presentations as appropriate.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate health and dental benefit enrollment process for all eligible employees. Stay informed of industry trends and recommend improvements to the company’s benefit package.
- Maintains, updates, and releases a comprehensive employee handbook, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Develops and supports the performance management program (PMP); including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provides training and guidance to managers and employees on effective utilization of the process.
- Administers leave of absence and related pay continuation policies e.g. FMLA, jury duty, funeral/military leave, short-term/long-term disability, etc., and ensures compliance with related record-keeping requirements, and ensures compliance with the applicable state and federal law(s).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with coworkers of all levels.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree preferred.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- 5-7 years in Human Resources Management
Microsoft applications (Word, Excel.)
