Founded by Barbara Banel the only woman in the roofing & siding industry, in our market at the time.

Barbara and husband Jurek enlisted their three sons to expand the business.

Monica Ross:
Consultation Coordinator

With an extensive background in real estate sales, real estate management, and marketing, Monica is the voice of B&B on our phones and digital channels.  She assesses the needs of our potential clients and matches them with the in-home consultant best aligned to help them imagine their dream exterior

Monica also curates many of our social media channels and keeps our team of in-home consultants headed in the right direction, literally.

Paul Testa:
In-Home Consultant

With a background in eyewear design and real estate sales, Paul offers his clients impressive exterior design support while staying focused on the basics that keep their homes warm, dry, and secure.

Paul meets with our suppliers and style team regularly to remain informed on the latest products, styles, and installation trends.

Paul introduces new clients to our service and style team for on-boarding, and communicates regularly with our field supervisor to make sure his clients’ needs are being met.

Jason Gitelson:
In-Home Consultant

Offering a strong background of leadership in consumer sales and customer support, Jason’s best skill is working with clients to identify the design and performance features most important to them and then collaborating to find the best solution.

Jason shares his passion for demonstrating value with the sales and marketing teams.

Jason introduces new clients to our service and style team for on-boarding and communicates regularly with our field supervisor to make sure his client’s needs are being met.

Fabio Berardi:
Director, Sales​

Fabio, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, combines his expertise in luxury real estate and manufacturing. Known for prioritizing client satisfaction, nurturing relationships, and fostering long-lasting partnerships, he possesses a keen ability to guide teams toward success. His multifaced background and leadership qualities make him a valuable asset.

Laurie Griffin:
Manager, Customer Service & Styling

With 15 years of industry experience and the eyes of a designer, Laurie works with our clients to welcome them to the B&B family, enhancing existing designs and co-imaging  their uniquely styled home exterior.

Laurie meets regularly with our manufacturers and suppliers to make sure we are up to date on the last products, trends, and techniques and shares that knowledge with our teams of craftspeople and her clients.  She curates and shares the B&B ”Lookbook”.

Steve Janiszewski:
Inspector, Site Supervisor

With 23 years of siding and roofing experience and a perfectionist’s mindset, Steve spends time confirming project scope with our consultants and clients. He supports our crews of professional craftspeople as they deliver on our promise of quality work, transparent operations, and unique style. 

Steve works on our job sites performing and documenting quality inspections and communicating with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Paul Kletcha:
Lead, Residential Service & Repairs

Paul started with B&B as an installer, has worked in quality assurance and field management, and currently serves our clients as the lead of our residential service and repairs team.

Paul is first on scene for emergency calls and applies his experience to find the “right the first time” solution to home exterior issues.

Lorin Cimato:
Operations Coordinator

Lorin wears a lot of hats at B&B.  She supports the entire team by managing all human resources and administrative functions while juggling estimates for repair and commercial clients. Lorin fills in wherever she is needed and manages business projects.

Lorin also applies her systems acumen, managing our phone systems, customer support software, and technical infrastructure.

Kamil Maras:
President, B&B Siding and Roofing

Kamil grew up with B&B Siding and Roofing.  He is proud to embrace the old-world values passed-down from his parents who started the business over thirty years ago.

Kamil continues to grow the business by continuing his parent’s tradition of focusing on delivering high quality work and trusting that profits will follow.

Under Kamil’s leadership, B&B has transformed over 5,000 homes and built thousands of relationships along the way.

Patrycja Maras:
Owner, B&B Siding and Roofing

Continuing the fine B&B tradition of female leadership that began 30 years ago with our founder Barbara, Patrycja’s focus is on elevating the home exterior industry from one with a reputation for poor customer communication and poor-quality work, to a high-style guided experience where B&B advisors work with you to co-imagine your dream exterior. She is our style inspiration and guides our design team to discover and incorporate new, high-quality, options for our clients. She is our conscience and the voice of the customer inside of B&B, setting the tone for all our relationships, drawing on our core values of transparency and joyful co-imagining, and empowering the team to create the best outcomes for clients, partners, and ourselves.

Michael’s Happiness, Inc., is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization that supports pediatric camps that bring children an opportunity to create happy memories while battling a terrible disease.

Michael’s Happiness, Inc. was founded to continue on Michael’s passion for bringing joy and laughter to children with cancer. Michael was a family member of one of team members.

Project Hospitality

To help our neighbors we offer an annual pick-up food drive service throughout Staten Island for those able to donate food to Project Hospitality, a non-profit that serves the needs of the poor, hungry, and homeless residents. We are proud to pick up and deliver hundreds of food donations from generous families.

Eden II Genesis Foundation

Previously known as FAAP the non-profit’s serve children and adults with autism in NYC, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, including day schools for children, as well as day and residential services for adolescents and adults.

Aerial Recovery

Aerial Recovery’s mission is to: Save Lives, Eliminate Confusion, Maximize Support and Accelerate Recovery. Aerial Recovery, trains and deploys Humanitarian Special Operators, to effectively respond to natural disasters, man-made disasters, and combat sex trafficking. Made up of Veterans and First Responders, Aerial tackles some of the most difficult rescue and response missions across the globe.
