B&B Siding’s response to COVID-19

Dear valued customers and neighbors,

The COVID-19 virus is impacting our communities in many ways, and B&B Siding is taking concrete steps to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

As an exterior home improvement company working regularly on scaffolding and rooftops, safety is a top priority in our organization.  We are treating this new public health risk with the same level of importance and are following local and CDC guidelines to keep both our staff and customers healthy.

Currently, we are planning for our installations to continue as scheduled, and we thank you for your flexibility if we have to adjust our schedule.

Precautions we are taking

  • If any of our staff feel sick, have symptoms, or have been in direct contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19, we are asking them to stay home and to follow their medical providers advice.

  • We have instituted a work from home policy for all job roles and functions that are able to be performed remotely

During onsite work
The positive news is that our work is primarily done outside the home with limited close interaction.  We have made additional specific changes to our  practices to keep you and our team safe:

  • Our crews will be practicing “social distancing” with our clients (avoiding handshakes and staying 6’ away when interacting).

  • Our crews will mainly be working outside. If an crew member needs to come inside, they have been provided wipes to clean any surfaces they come in contact with before and after their work.

  • If you are sick, have symptoms, or belong to a higher risk population, please let us know so we can take additional precautions. If you are displaying active symptoms or are uncomfortable with any of our crew members entering your home, we can work to make accommodations or postpone any indoor aspects of your installation until a safe time in the future at no charge to you.

We are all in this together to protect those who are most vulnerable. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know so we can do our best to address them.
